Sis, there’s food at home: A Recipe for the Working Gyal

No one understands the busy lifestyle of the working girl more than we do here at ABJ. Add on the extra task of trying to save your coins towards your goals. Whew! You’re heading home from work, and all you can think about is a nice feel-good meal to treat yourself. We know you’re a little tired, but sticking to that budget means skipping eating out or ordering in a few days a week. That said, our founder and head gyal boss at ABJ Collective has the perfect weeknight dinner for you to throw together in under an hour with ingredients that’ll only run you about $30 at the grocery store. Oh, and don't forget to save some leftovers for tomorrow, girlie.

Jade’s POV

When I was in 6th  grade, I stopped eating seafood. My teacher would tell me about the infamous Mcdonald's fish sandwich. I felt sick, and when I got home, my mom cooked fish, and that’s when I got sick. Fast forward to now, I’ve grown to love seafood minus raw oysters. Lol, your girl needs her seafood cooked!

Today your gyal had a long work day at work, but I’m tired of going to a restaurant and ordering Uber eats. So I decided why not make my four cheese pasta and cajun salmon. It's a quick meal to whip up, and who doesn’t love creamy pasta? I know I do, and it hits home. This dish is also suitable for a romantic dinner for your bae, friends, or whoever you want. Enjoy!
